1.- WHAT DOES THE ACTIVITY CONSIST OF? HOW DO WE CARRY IT OUT?\t<\/h5>\r\n \r\n <\/i>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
\r\n The activity consists of a camel route through the Parque Dunar in Matalasca\u00f1as. It is a guided tour where we will explain along the way the highlights of our natural environment and some other curiosities related to camels. <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

2.- CAN YOUNG CHILDREN DO THE ACTIVITY?<\/h5>\r\n \r\n <\/i>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
Of course! Small children can perfectly carry out the activity. In fact we have rates for children from three years of age. Little ones under 3 can also ride
\nyears with parents without any problem.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

3.- HOW IS IT ASSEMBLED?<\/h5>\r\n \r\n <\/i>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
\r\n Our seats are suitable for 2 persons or even for 3 persons, for example for 2 adults and a small child, as there is a seat in the middle with a cushion, backrest and seat belt. In family groups we try to combine both seats in such a way that the weights are as close as possible to each other, thus avoiding unnecessary weight for the animals. <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

4.- IS THERE ANY WEIGHT LIMITATION FOR RIDING?<\/h5>\r\n \r\n <\/i>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
\r\n Yes, as in other active tourism activities there are limitations, for example in age and height, here it is important the weight, being the maximum weight per person 90\/95 kg. It must be taken into account that the same weight that goes on one side of the saddle has to go on the other side and the saddles also weigh. This is the reason for this limitation. Moreover, not all animals carry the same weight, as a young animal is not the same as an older one. For us it is important to take care of our animals, that is why we always ask you to indicate the weight of the participants when booking, as it is essential for the previous organisation of the routes and before your arrival. IMPORTANT: If a member of the family who is going to visit us is unable to ride, either due to weight or any other circumstance, they can accompany us and do the activity, just ask us and we will let you know how we will do it! <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

5.- IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE PHOTOS?<\/h5>\r\n \r\n <\/i>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
\r\n Of course. We are in a natural environment worth photographing and on the other hand on the farm, our animals love to pose \u261d\ud83c\udffc\ud83d\ude00. <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

6.- What is included in a camel ride?<\/h5>\r\n \r\n <\/i>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

In each of the tours you can find everything that is included and what is not included in detail.\nIn case you would like to adjust any of the tours to your needs we will be pleased to help you. \r\n You've come to the right place! Our offer is extensive and is essentially divided into regular couple or family tours and group tours. However, we will be able to adapt any idea you have for a group.\nWe have qualified and competent professionals who know the Dune Park like nobody else and who can help you to create your desired itinerary. 8.- What is your cancellation policy?<\/h5>\r\n \r\n <\/i>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
\r\n We are flexible but with limitations. The amount paid can be refunded to 100% if the client wishes to cancel up to 24 hours before the tour.\nAny cancellation\/waiver less than 24 hours or no-show on the day of the tour does not allow for any refund. <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

10.- How far in advance should I book the rides?<\/h5>\r\n \r\n <\/i>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
\r\n There is no certain answer. What we can say, from our own experience, is that during the high season (April - October) it is more difficult to book at short notice.\nHowever, we accept bookings up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, and sometimes even less. However, we cannot always guarantee availability in high season when it is a last minute booking. We suggest that you make a reservation a few days in advance or, if you can, weeks before the tour. <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
