You have two main options to get there from Madrid. Firstly, take the A-5 Southwest Highway to Mérida, where you take exit 343 onto the A-66 towards Seville.
Continue on the A-66 until you reach Seville, where you take exit 17B to join the A-49, towards Huelva. At exit 48, towards A-483, head towards the Doñana National Park as far as Matalascañas.
For the second quickest option, you must take the A-4 Andalusia motorway to Seville. Here, take the exit 537 and join the SE-30.
From here, take exit 17B to join the E-1/A-49 towards Camas/Huelva. Take exit 48 towards A-483 and head towards the Doñana National Park as far as Matalascañas.
From the city of Malaga, take the A-45 towards Antequera. Follow the A-45 until you take exit 98 and join the A-92 towards Seville.
You must use any lane to turn completely left to continue along the A-92. When you reach Sevilla, take the exit that will take you along the SE-30. Here, take exit 17B and join the A-49 and, later, exit 48 at La Palma del Condado and Bollullos del Condado.
Follow the A-483 which will take you to the access to the Doñana National Park. Once you have passed Almonte and El Rocío, reach Matalascañas where Aires Africanos is located.
To get there from the city of Seville, take the A-49 motorway. At Bollulos del Condado, take exit 48 towards the A-483. This road will take you to the access to the Doñana National Park, once you have passed Almonte.
Continue along the A-483 until you pass the village of El Rocío and reach Matalascañas. Aires Africanos is located just after the roundabout.
Take the E-5 from Jerez and continue along this motorway until you reach the city of Seville. Once in the city, continue straight on towards the SE-30 and take exit 17B to join the A-49.
Continue along the A-49 until you reach Bollullos del Condado and take exit 48, towards the A-483. This road will take you to the Doñana National Park. Once you pass Almonte and the village of El Rocío, you will reach Matalascañas (where Aires Africanos is located).
